MYVA Pty Ltd is an Australian project and program management consultancy based in Carnegie, in Melbourne's south-east.
We help organisations turn plans into results. Some clients need an experienced manager to lead a major initiative. Others need extra hands to keep schedules, risks and reports up to date. We provide both.
We work alongside your people, in your tools, and we report in plain language. Sponsors always know where things stand, what's at risk and which decisions are needed from them.
We work with clients across Melbourne and Victoria, on-site or remotely, and with teams elsewhere in Australia.

FAQ
Common questions.
What's the difference between project and program management?
A project delivers one defined output, such as a new system or a product launch. A program groups several related projects so they deliver a larger business outcome together. We manage the dependencies, shared resources and governance between them.
Do you work with our existing tools?
Yes. We work in whatever your team already uses, including Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project and plain spreadsheets. If you have nothing in place, we'll recommend a simple setup.
Agile or waterfall?
Whichever suits the work. Many of our engagements are hybrid: a milestone-based plan for the business, with sprints inside delivery teams.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two weeks of an agreed proposal. Health checks can often start sooner.
Can you work alongside our own project managers?
Yes. Our flexible support option is designed for exactly that: we take on reporting, tracking and coordination so your managers can focus on decisions and people.
