Account
Managers are the single point of contact for our
clients and they are responsible for ensuring that
their needs are met in every way. They work
with Project Managers to act as a liaison between
the ongoing development of our Learning Management
System and the clients or potential clients who
use it. They manage and communicate
implementations, requests for new work, the
escalation of issues and provide other information
to clients.
